I’m so excited to finally post about our marriage! This is just the first of a few more to come but I thought I’d start from the beginning, with our courthouse wedding. We often joke around that our marriage story has been a bit backwards. We got married in a courthouse and then we had a small wedding, and we are still planning on having a larger wedding reception party and a honeymoon to follow. It’s all been such a whirlwind. Frankly, I went from girlfriend, to fiancé, to wife within four weeks but I can honestly say, we’re just so happy to be doing married life now, that the order of events doesn’t seem to matter at all. Dave and I celebrated marriage in a courthouse. With only 5 guests and no rings to exchange, we said vows and signed papers and that was it. Married! Following the courthouse we celebrated by going out for coffee and mini treats and then went to take some photos to document our day. We later went out for a yummy dinner and it was all simple and low-key and perfect. I left the courthouse with a big goofy grin, eyes all poofy from crying, and I told Dave that that, was the best day ever!

But you look so incredibly happy and that’s all that matters, if it’s what you want who cares about how long or short it takes :) Can’t wait to see the other wedding photos haha! xo
