Travel Interiorized

I’ve decided to start a new series on my blog! The idea came about in front of this here garden gate. Dave and I were wandering the courtyards and the university buildings tucked in every corner of Cambridge. Somehow, we ended up in a little fairytale garden. It was perfectly hidden behind large stone buildings and a duck pond, lush greens, and old mossy statues. The romance and the charm, I was left smitten by this secret garden. I told Dave I wanted to capture it and to have a place like this for my very own. We decided this could be possible, through home decor. Inspired by color, texture, and the atmosphere, this series will be all about how to incorporate travel and your favorite faraway places in your very own home. I hope it encourages you, that you too can bring that beloved getaway and those cherished moments and memories, a little bit closer to home.
